These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PartsHarbor website and your purchase of digital products from PartsHarbor ("we," "us"). By using our site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
What we sell
PartsHarbor sells digital downloads — print-ready files for California Proposition 65 warnings related to passenger and off-highway motor vehicle parts. We are not a law firm, not a consulting service, and do not sell physical auto parts.
Not legal advice
Our materials use OEHHA-published safe-harbor text and public regulatory language. Nothing on this site or in our files constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether these materials apply to your products, how to use them, and whether additional warnings or methods are required (including internet sales under 27 CCR § 25602).
License to use files
When you purchase the Shop Kit, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, print, and display the included files for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files as a competing product or template pack.
Scope and limitations
The Shop Kit is designed for the passenger/off-highway motor vehicle parts warning at 27 CCR § 25607.51. It does not apply to tires, packaged service chemicals, asbestos parts, carpeting, upholstery, textiles, or fabrics (27 CCR § 25607.50(b)). Posted signs use the published safe-harbor sentence; chemical names cannot be substituted on posted signs.
Optional Warning Updates
If offered, the optional PartsHarbor Warning Updates provide revised file packs when OEHHA changes the published warning text. This is a file update product, not a software service, membership, or legal plan. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future updates but does not affect files you already received.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Digital files are delivered at checkout. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
Digital products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the files will meet every regulatory requirement for your specific products or sales channels. We make no guarantees about regulatory outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartsHarbor's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our files is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site or purchase after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
