PartsHarbor sells digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly at purchase, refunds are limited as described below.
Shop Kit ($29 one-time)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not used the files in production (printed signs, applied labels, or published listing content), and
- You have not abused the download (e.g., repeated download attempts to obtain multiple copies).
We may ask a brief question about your reason for the refund to improve the product. Approval is at our discretion when download logs show extensive access.
Warning Updates ($12/month, optional)
You may cancel the optional Warning Updates at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and future file updates.
- Refunds for the current billing period are available within 14 days if you have not downloaded the updated files for that period.
- We do not refund prior months after updated files have been delivered and downloaded.
How to request a refund
Email sales.partsharbor@gmail.com with your order email and date of purchase. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you in good faith under this policy.
